High Season rates and a minimum 3 night booking applies to National & Queensland Public Holidays, Easter, Christmas & New Year dates.

3rd person in 1 bedroom apartment - for an extra $30 automatic upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment.

5th person in 2 bedroom apartment - for an extra $25 on adult rollaway bed.

2 Bedroom apartment - please specify when booking if Queen & King Beds or Queen & 2 Single Beds are required.

Minimum booking 3 nights over Queensland Public Holidays. Payment Policy - Full payment on arrival required. Plus 1.5% merchant fee if payment by credit card. Cancellation Policy - 72 hours notice prior to 2pm check-in incurs no penalty, less than 72 hours notice incurs 1 room night charge. Reception Hours: Mon-Sat 8am-6pm /Sun 9am-12noon. Late check-in by arrangement. Hours may vary with season. Check-out: 10am. Check-in: 2pm. Baggage storage - pre and post stay.
